Fred Helms is a senior executive with thirty-five years of experience managing numerous and varied operations including manufacturing, construction, finance & accounting, mergers & acquisitions, corporate capitalization in order to maximize profit and return on investment. Fred was most recently Chief Operating Officer of a major non-profit that developed a 34 acre campus restoring and renovating 320,000 square feet of building space while updating its IT infrastructure to a world class status. Total construction budget exceeded $120M.

Fred’s previous roles include serving as:

Chief Financial Officer of a middle market sized professional services firm with over $250M in net revenue. Built through an aggressive roll up strategy where we acquired nearly one company per quarter within our industry that added additional capabilities and synergies.

Chief Operating and Financial Officer of a smaller middle market cosmetic manufacturing company with nearly $100M in gross sales that we grew organically from $25M in gross sales and sold to a private consumer products company. He was a Senior Executive at several large commercial banking companies where he achieved significant growth and market share in both loans and deposits.

Fred serves and has served on many corporate boards including: Orange County Performing Arts Center, Discovery Science Center, Association for Corporate Growth, D2 Aviation and RC Thomas Co.
