Angie is a Partner in Hardesty’s Orange County office. She has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance and has served in leadership roles within public accounting firms, including a Big 4 firm, and public and private companies. Prior to joining Hardesty, she served as a partner at Weaver, as CFO and VP Controller of a biotech public company and as VP Controller of a PE-backed company. She was also an Audit Partner with Ernst & Young in Los Angeles, leading audit teams and other financial engagements for numerous public and private companies.

Angie has significant knowledge and skills in both the financial reporting and operational aspects of private and publicly traded for profit companies. She also has experience with strategic planning, analysis of complex business transactions and tax issues, cash management, financial forecasts, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) implementation and monitoring, and regulatory and compliance filings. She has significant knowledge of high-growth (VC/PE backed) companies, IPOs, international accounting (IFRS), debt offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Angie has a proven track record in advising companies on technical accounting and finance matters, advising private equity firms on due diligence, deal flow, carried interest and various other matters.
