Jesse Neri serves as Hardesty LLC’s Controller, bringing over 25 years of accounting and finance expertise in the Healthcare, Biotechnology and Manufacturing industries. Leaning on prior service to startup, turnaround, and high growth companies, both private and private equity-owned, he leverages his status as a trusted advisor to forge meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

His laissez-faire management style, adherence to the highest standards of integrity and quality, and the authentic rapport he has developed over the course of his service have positioned him as an integral, contributing and valued part of the company.

An Orange County native, Jesse provides for his wife and daughter and passionately enjoys spending time with them on the soccer field, road-tripping abroad, and in the desert tearing it up on his ATV. He and his wife are heavily involved in their daughter’s education and often volunteer for school activities.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration (Finance) degree from California State University, Fullerton and is studying for the CPA exam at the time of writing.
