Amazing Women at RAD Camp

In addition to their daytime executive jobs, these two women spend hundreds of hours annually running several week-long camps in Orange County for people with development disabilities. RAD, which is short for Rising Above Disabilities, is a 100% volunteer run, non-profit organization that was founded by Meghan and Katie Webb after they spent a combined 30 years as camp counselors.
Meghan and Maria are joined by Hardesty volunteers Tim De Cou, Bob Smart, Rachel Birdsall and Karl Hardesty after serving 350 campers and volunteers an awesome breakfast. Our Hardesty team was truly honored to participate in this awesome cause.
