Hardesty, LLC was founded in 2011 with a simple idea: growing companies deserve access to experienced executives who can step in quickly, lead with confidence, and deliver results.
Today, Hardesty has evolved into a national executive leadership platform, providing on-demand access to senior operating partners who have sat in the seat and know what it takes to navigate growth, transition, and complexity.
What began as a CFO-focused firm has expanded to include leadership across the C-Suite, including CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CMO, CLO, CHRO, Controllers, and VP-level roles. Our partners bring decades of hands-on experience across industries, investment environments, and organizational stages.

We have built one of the largest CFO Partner networks in the U.S. The firm’s headquarters are located in Orange County, California, the sixth most populous market in the country. To date, the firm has placed professionals in over thirty states on both an interim and permanent basis. Clients include public, private, and not-for-profit companies – including private equity firms and their portfolio businesses. Clients range from startups to companies in excess of $1B in revenue.
