He has successfully guided accounting and finance teams across entrepreneurial ventures, publicly traded companies, and private equity-backed middle-market firms with revenues exceeding $400M. Throughout his career, Scott has led organizations through complex acquisitions, financing transactions, and high-growth phases.

Scott excels in bridging finance with operations and technology systems, driving productivity and enhancing efficiency to deliver measurable financial improvements. He has played a pivotal role in M&A integrations, built high-performing accounting teams to support rapid business growth, and prepared companies for ownership exits. His experience also includes managing several successful equity sale transactions with strategic partners and private equity sponsor groups.

Scott’s management career began as a CPA Audit Manager at Deloitte, where he spent nearly nine years advising manufacturing, distribution, service, and healthcare organizations, ranging from private entities to corporations with revenues over $1 billion. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Portland State University.
