Prior to joining the firm, Roger was the CFO of Dynamic Aviation Group, Inc., a family-owned aerospace and defense contractor providing mission-modified aircraft, crews and maintenance services to government and commercial organizations, and CFO of Quest Aircraft Company which developed and manufactures the KODIAK 100, a 10 passenger, short take-off and landing turbo-prop aircraft. Roger was previously Co-Founder of Forge Capital, LLC, CFO of the National Linen Service division of NSI, Controller of Allied Automotive Group, and VP-Finance for Simmons Company (where he was involved with four successive private equity owners and a leveraged ESOP transaction). Roger began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co and is a CPA and CGMA.

Roger has over 25 years of financial executive leadership in both public and privately-held manufacturing, service and distribution companies of $50 million to $1 billion revenue where he made significant contributions to the success of the companies in executive leadership roles that focused on private equity firm transactions, start-ups, corporate restructurings, mergers/acquisitions, aggressive growth phases, and successfully leading companies through challenging economic conditions. Strengths include capital raising, due diligence, corporate transactions, debt and equity financing, bank syndications, debt management and compliance, tax and treasury, risk management, human resources, IT and ERP system development, compliance (DCAA, FAR, ITAR, SOX), supply chain, and executive level negotiations. Roger currently serves on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations, AirServ International and MOPS International, and is active in the Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International. Roger holds a BS, Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
