Doug is a former Big-4 Partner and Chief Financial Officer with in-depth expertise in Accounting, Finance, Acquisition and Integration, Business Process Improvement, and Corporate Governance. He is an operationally focused business partner developing and executing strategy driving top-line growth, EBITDA, optimizing processes and cost structures, M&A, due diligence, and robotic process automation. Doug has diverse industry and organizational experience in healthcare (providers, payors, and medical groups), manufacturing (automotive and aerospace), nonprofit entities (public and private foundations and social welfare entities), and educational institutions (public and private), including SEC registrants, private companies and partnerships. Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
