DeVon Wiens is a Partner in the Dallas Fort Worth Area office of Hardesty, LLC. DeVon has over 35 years of leadership in the financial service industry primarily in health care and health care technology industries. Most recently, DeVon was the Southwest Region Health Care Industry group leader for Moss Adams LLP. His experience includes providing assurance and financial consulting services to health clients throughout the Pacific Southwest. Clients included private equity backed health care services companies, HMOs, and multi-hospital systems with revenues in excess of $2 billion. DeVon also was a partner in the health care industry service group at Ernst and Young.

In addition to his time in public accounting, DeVon was the CFO for a specialty health care managed care company, the CFO for a large multi-specialty medical group in the Midwest.

His experience includes, assisting clients in raising both equity and debt financing in both the public and private sectors. He also has significant merger and acquisition experience including buy and sell side due diligence. As a CFO, he had responsibilities for overseeing mergers and acquisitions, the development of budgeting and forecasting systems and models, accounting software installation transitions and company relocation and expansion projects as well as financial accounting and treasury responsibilities.

DeVon has a BA from Augustana University – South Dakota and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on the California CPA Society Assurance Services and Accounting Practice Committee.
