Vice President of New Business Development

Las Vegas Metropolitan Area

Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a High-End Custom Window and Door Company, is searching for a, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. The VP plays a critical role in driving the growth of the sales and marketing success. The ideal candidate will be hands-on driving new business accounts, developing marketing strategy, and managing the sales team. Building and construction products experience is a plus.

**** The compensation package will include a Long-Term Incentive plan with milestone bonuses in addition to the annual salary and bonus. ****

Strategic Vision and Planning:

  • Directing the development and execution of the business development and marketing vision, strategy, plans, and processes.
  • Identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers
  • Manage the sales team to ensure metrics are being met

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Researching and analyzing the business environment, competitors, and customers
  • Generating ideas for new products and services, pricing strategies, and business models

Financial Feasibility and Negotiations:

  • Conducting financial feasibility studies for new business opportunities
  • Leading proposal development and negotiations for potential partnerships or contracts

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Overseeing the business development and marketing teams
  • Setting objectives, reviewing performance, and providing coaching to enhance their skills and effectiveness

Sales and Revenue Goals:

  • Working collaboratively with the Director of Marketing to develop creative outreach strategies
  • Focusing on achieving sales and revenue goals established in partnership with the President


  • Bachelor’s degree. Building products experience, a plus
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function
