Vice President Finance

Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)

Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a Private Equity backed Optometrist Services Company, is searching for a Vice President of Finance ready to step into a CFO role. The ideal candidate will possess Private Equity, M&A, and multi-site experience.

The opportunity offers a generous compensation package of base salary, annual bonus, and an equity component payout within 3-years.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day company accounts
  • Assist with financial planning
  • Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
  • Ensure government compliance in all tasks
  • Report to the CEO and BOD

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience
  • Private equity M&A experience
  • Proficiency with current financial software

Our most experienced and accomplished executives, Hardesty CFO Partners typically fit the professional profile described below:

  • 20 – 25 years of financial leadership experience, most of that at the C Suite-level
