Director of Executive Operations/Chief of Staff

We are searching for an experienced Director of Executive Services, with partial Chief of Staff duties, who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive Administration offices by overseeing administrative functions as well as providing leadership to our team of administrative staff.

This role acts as a key liaison between the CEO and other departments within the organization. It is responsible for managing special projects, conducting research, and preparing reports for the CEO. Additionally, the role will be expected to represent the CEO in various capacities and ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are met.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining a positive work environment.

Become a CFO Partner
Our most experienced and accomplished executives, Hardesty CFO Partners typically fit the professional profile described below:

  • 20 – 25 years of financial leadership experience, most of that at the C Suite-level
