Chief Human Resources Officer

Orange County, CA (Hybrid)

CHRO – Chief Human Resources Officer Opportunity – National Company

Looking for experienced, dynamic, calm under pressure, high-performing HR executive, to lead all HR operations for multi-state growing billion dollar company.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience as CHRO with Masters level education
  • Well-versed in laws & regulations necessary for a national platform workforce
  • Experience working for a $1B (and growing) revenue company
  • Track record of successful integration of workforce pre/post M&A
  • Working with a large (>3,500 staff), diverse workforce and dispersed in field operations and regional offices
  • Experience working across all levels and functions of staff
  • Experience in developing and fostering a company culture
  • Success in reducing turnover and increasing retention
  • Experience working for a national, multi-state workforce and company structure
  • Experience realigning incentive plans, bonus structure, and compensation post M&A
  • Comfortable with quarterly travel to visit regional offices

Our most experienced and accomplished executives, Hardesty CFO Partners typically fit the professional profile described below:

  • 20 – 25 years of financial leadership experience, most of that at the C Suite-level
