National Executive Services firm, Hardesty, LLC has named Andrew Katcher as partner in its growing Northern California practice.

Andrew has been President of Rapid Results for the past 14 years. Rapid Results is a consulting firm with clients such as Amazon’s Lab 126, SanDisk, SunPower, Logitech, and Facebook’s Oculus division. He has extensive leadership experience as a Controller, Group Controller, and CFO as well as deep experience in forward and reverse logistics projects in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and South America. Andrew has particular expertise working with Israeli-American companies, having been Controller for the NiceCom division of 3Com growing the division from first sale to $60 million per year in 18 months. As interim part-time CFO of another Israeli-American firm, Teridion, Andrew created their three-year financial plan, implemented a new accounting system, reorganized their accounting staff, and secured a $5 million line of credit in under six months.
Andrew has his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, his Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from UC Santa Cruz, and is Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
