Kelly assists behavioral healthcare providers with all aspects of their businesses\, ranging from high-stakes litigation\, to regulatory issues\, to daily operations. She has handled several dozen payor disputes and audits\, helping her clients avoid significant revenue loss and delay. From 2014 to 2021\, Scott was a federal prosecutor in Los Angeles and Orange County\, where he specialized in prosecuting health care fraud and complex financial crimes.
