Greg Eyink is a Partner in the Orange County office of Hardesty. He has been an interim CFO/Controller for the last seven years with Hardesty, LLC and previously with another professional services provider. Two of the consulting engagements during that span developed into long-term CFO/Controller positions. He has more than 15 years of comprehensive industry experience, including over 5 years as the top financial executive of high growth, mid-market companies, directing all facets of finance, accounting, information systems and human resources.
He has extensive experience in manufacturing, wholesale and retail businesses in a variety of industries including apparel, food products, furniture and building materials. He has worked with several companies in the portfolios of Private Equity Groups where he has been effective as an agent of change and implemented new financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, ERP systems, policies & procedures and enabled the incoming permanent CFO to hit the ground running. All of the Private Equity Groups with whom Greg has worked on an interim basis have either offered him a permanent position or hired him again for another engagement.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
