Jeff Minter Joins Hardesty, LLC as Managing Director, Private Equity

With 10 years of technical and executive staffing experience across multiple industries and diversified markets, Jeff will be responsible for business development and recruiting activities in the Western United States. Based in our Los Angeles office, Jeff’s emphasis will be providing executive and financial management solutions to private equity firms and their portfolio companies while also working with private and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Hardesty, Minter served as Director of Business Development for Tatum, where he originated new client opportunities and led the recruiting efforts for both interim and permanent CFO and Controller roles.

Mr. Minter also has significant experience with a large technical recruiting and professional services firm providing solutions ranging from staff augmentation through fully outsourced solutions. His customers included both large, multi-national corporations such as AT&T, DIRECTV, Snap Inc., as well as start-ups. Established within the Los Angeles and Orange County markets, Jeff brings proven talent acquisition, workforce management, and managed services abilities to bear for Hardesty and our clients.

Jeff was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Cal State Long Beach. He loves spending time with his family and is currently coaching his son’s T-ball team (Go Dodgers!). Jeff resides in Rossmoor, CA with his wife of 9 years, Lindsay, and their two boys.
