Chuck Campagna is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hardesty. Chuck has over 25 years of corporate leadership, financial advisory, environmental & business services experience, and is highly respected within the finance & environmental services industries. Prior to joining Hardesty, he was chief restructuring officer of SED International, a publicly-held, $225 million electronic distribution company with operations in Northern and Latin America. He also served as president of CJC Consulting where he advised private equity firms on environmental issues and provided middle market companies with acquisition strategies and integration. Chuck has extensive experience in the environmental services industry where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Waste Integrated Service Consultants, a privately-held $100 million environmental services and consulting company, and, prior to that, held executive management roles at Waste Management where he managed operations throughout the southeast with revenue in excess of $1 billion. Others roles include CFO of 84 Lumber company, a $1 billion national retail lumber and home center company and President of One Vision Utility LLC. Chuck started his career with Deloitte, LP where he work in both the audit and tax area.
Chuck currently serves on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations, Global Capital Connections and Kettering Executive Network.
Chuck holds a B.S.B.A degree in accounting from Clarion State University.
