Bruce Blanco is a partner in the San Francisco practice of Hardesty. Bruce has been engaged to support management team’s effort to sell the company to a larger fruit processor; prepared carve-out GAAP financial statements and financial analyses. He has prepared financial statements for a private equity firm managing relationship with Auditors to finalize audited financial statements and tax returns. He represented buyer in financial due diligence evaluating an acquisition of an engineering/manufacturing business use of percent of completion methodology and financial processes.
Previously, held the CFO role for the past 14 years for four privately held and venture backed companies. Driving revenue and profit growth through strategic financial and operational planning for commercial leasing/lending, software, customer service and manufacturing companies. Established financial and accounting infrastructures, including replacing legacy accounting systems to improve operating and financial reporting efficiencies. Arranged and managed multimillion dollar debt facilities. Led acquisition/integration teams on multiple acquisitions. International finance experience responsible for financial and accounting oversight in Canada, Belgium, England and Ireland. VP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for two Public Companies responsible financial integrity, accounting and SEC compliance and interface with Company auditors.
